Return and Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges are easy. Please read the policy below then email our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping and packaging instructions.
- All return or exchange requests must include your name and order number.
- If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we will gladly exchange the item or refund your money, within 30 days of purchase. Return items must be in the original package with all tags attached. Sealed Packages must not be broken. All Clearance and Specials items are nonrefundable. The cost of shipping is usually more than the cost of the item.
- Costumes are considered a special occasion item and are nonrefundable. Leather and Vinyl items are custom made and nonrefundable.
- If you have questions regarding sizes please contact our customer service department for assistance prior to placing your order.
- In order to give you the lowest possible price, shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. We will pay to ship any replacement item.
